La empresa donde laboro esta tercerizando una area de trabajo donde antes lo tenian los trabajadores en puestos fijos por mas de 40 anos y en estos momentos han sido desplazados a otros puestos o areas de trabajo y lo que no entiendo es que hasta el momento a la empresa tercerizadora se le estan brindando herramientas materiales y soporte tecnico con los trabajadores de la empresa principal es esto tercerizacion o se estan violando los derechos laborales al tener que desplazar a los.
